Q.
If I want to purchase the vehicle at the end of the contract, can I?
A.
Yes. There are no restrictions for personal contract hire, but for business users, conditions apply that we can assist with.
Q.
What happens if I want to terminate the contract early?
A.
Yes. You may terminate the contract at any time before the due date but this may incur penalties. We would endeavour to keep any costs to a minimum.
Q.
Can I change the vehicle, mid-contract ?
A.
Yes. we can organise this for you, but the original contract must be terminated and therefore charges may apply.
Q.
Where do I go for servicing ?
A.
To a nominated garage local to you. If the garage is not a franchise for the vehicle in question, we must give our consent, some vehicles must only be serviced by the franchised dealer for the specific make of car on the contract.

Can I change the contract terms or mileage during the contract ?
A.
Yes this is normally possible, advice will be given at the time of request.
Q.
What happens if I exceed the contract mileage ?
A.
As brokers we can negotiate the lowest possible charges on your behalf. Any excess mileage charge will be invoiced to you at the end of the contract.

Who Is responsible for insurance ?
A.
The vehicle must be insured by the user on a fully comprehensive basis.
Q.
Can I use my local dealer as the supplier ?
A.
Yes, we would negotiate the price with them or advise you that we could purchase the vehicle at a better price elsewhere, this will effect the monthly figures you would pay.

What Happens If The Vehicle Breaks Down ?
A.
If the vehicle is financed on a non maintenance contract, breakdowns are normally covered under the manfacturers scheme which can vary, but with a maintenance contract the vehicle would be supplied with full roadside assistance. A drivers pack is provided with every vehicle which explains fully the relevant scheme.

Is There a warranty on our used vehicles?
A.
Every used car supplied by Eurovehicle comes with the balance of the manafacturer's original warranty.
